For more than 20 years, I’ve dedicated my career to teaching others how to stay safe, respond under pressure, and protect lives. My journey began in Mexico, where I worked as a paramedic and certified lifeguard, eventually becoming an instructor responsible for training teams in emergency response, first aid, risk prevention, and crisis management.
Over the years, I’ve developed and delivered specialized training programs for diverse groups — from frontline responders to community members seeking practical safety skills. My teaching style is clear, hands‑on, and grounded in real‑world experience. I focus on building confidence, improving decision‑making, and helping people stay calm and effective in challenging situations.
As a lifelong high‑performance athlete and personal trainer, I also integrate functional movement, body mechanics, and injury‑prevention principles into my instruction. This combination of emergency response expertise and physical training allows me to teach safety from a holistic, practical perspective.
Whether I’m guiding individuals, training teams, or developing new course material, my mission is simple: empower people with the knowledge and skills they need to protect themselves and others.
