My path into caregiving is shaped by a lifetime of service and health‑focused work. Before moving to Canada, I served as a paramedic and certified lifeguard in Mexico, experiences that strengthened my calm decision‑making, emergency response skills, and ability to support people in vulnerable moments. I also bring a strong foundation in human physiology and functional movement from my background as a personal trainer and high‑performance athlete, which helps me assist clients safely with mobility, strength, and daily activities.
